Overview

The foundation wall of the building was not properly waterproofed during initial construction and was leaking into the parking garage. To save costs, we performed negative side curtain grout injection at 10,000 SF on the below-grade wall. The locations were injected and curtain grouted by drilling holes completely through the walls and installing injection ports at 2’ O.C. in a staggered diamond pattern. After the ports were injected, we patched the holes with non-shrink grout.
