Overview

Technical Waterproofing was hired to perform window wet sealing and sealant joint replacementon the building. The scope of work included the cutting of window gaskets on the North and East façade elevations and replacement with new silicone sealant at the glass to mullion interface. Where failed, sealant joints within the precast panels were removed and replaced as well with silicone sealant.
