High Rise Hotel Cleaning

Overview

Technical Waterproofing was hired to perform exterior façade cleaning on a high-rise hotel in Bellevue, Washington. The scope of repairs includes select elastomeric coating repairs, select sealant repairs, and cleaning of the façade. All façade elements and windows were cleaned via pressure rinsing and environmentally safe chemical scrubbing.
