Overview

The foundation wall of the building was not properly waterproofed during initial construction and was leaking into the parking garage.  To save costs, we performed negative side crack injection at 700 LF of wall crack on below grade wall.  The locations were injected and sealed by drilling holes at a 45-degree angle to intersect the crack in the middle of the wall and installing injection ports at 6” O.C. in a staggered diamond pattern.  After the ports were injected, we patched the holes with non-shrink grout.
