Overview
A 22-story residential tower in downtown Seattle, WA. The installation included balcony deck coating, exterior window wet seal, PT pocket repairs and the limestone cladding panels were injected with epoxy-based grout. A pedestrian protection was installed at all potential hazard locations.
Quality control checks ensuring proper coating millage was achieved.
PT pocket concrete has spalled out and needing to be repaired.
