The Parking garage, located above occupied space, had been experiencing water intrusion issues for an extended period of time. Technical Waterproofing of Portland was contracted to prepare and install a new deck coating membrane system above the occupied space. The total footage of the newly installed urethane deck coating system was over 25,000 square feet
