Overview

Technical Waterproofing was hired to perform deck coating work to the garage ramp and concrete deck for a condominium complex in Seattle. This project scope utilized an extra heavy-duty deck coating application due to the excessive traffic and wear and tear that it is subjected to. Since the garage only has one entry and exit point, the project was done in two phases to allow the use of the entry and exit during the execution of the project. The existing deck was shotblast, then cracks, joints, and transitions were detailed, and 4 coats were applied utilizing two heavily sanded epoxy mid coats. The end result was a durable waterproof deck coating.
