Downtown Tower Cleaning and Restoration

Overview

Technical Waterproofing was hired to perform exterior façade repairs on a 27-story condominium with retail spaces in downtown Seattle. The scope of repairs include select EIFS replacement with new stainless steel flashings, curtain wall repairs to stack joints and weep systems, as well as perimeter sealant replacement on the entire façade. Concrete inspection was preformed throughout and select concrete repairs were preformed, including areas at guardrails. A urethane membrane was installed at all outer deck edges after limited guardrail stanchion repairs and modified mounting clips. All façade elements were coated with an elastomeric silicone coating, including EIFS, concrete, soffit and metal surfaces.
