Overview

Technical Waterproofing was hired to perform restoration to the façade at the 1929 brick and mortar building in Seattle. The project has a wide-ranging scope of work from masonry repairs to joint sealants and coatings. Masonry repairs consist of ffaçade cleaning to remove biological and atmospheric staining, re-pointing at failed brick mortar joints, brick replacement and crack repairs, removal, and replacement of failed structural steel lintels, as well as terracotta crack and spall repairs. Other scopes of work include window sealant removal and replacement, roof and deck coatings, sealers, and window painting
