Overview

Technical Waterproofing was hired to perform masonry restoration and façade stabilization to the building. Masonry repairs consist of façade cleaning to remove biological and atmospheric staining, re-pointing at failed brick mortar joints, brick replacement and crack repairs, removal/replacement of failed structural steel lintels, as well as terracotta crack and spall repairs. Other scopes of work included installing helical anchors to secure the brick façade to the concrete backup walls
