Overview

Technical Waterproofing was hired to perform a full façade sealant replacement, the scope included the following:

• Window Wet Seal
• Window Frame to Masonry
• EIFS to EIFS
• EIFS to Window Frame
• EIFS to SheetMetal
• Silicone Tape detail at mullion joints
• Masonry to Masonry

Following several EIFS faced repairs to correct long-standing water intrusion issues, a full silicone elastomeric coating system was applied to all EIFS façade surfaces
