Overview
We performed a historic restoration to the façade at the 1892 building in the Pioneer Square neighborhood in Seattle. The project consisted of façade cleaning to remove biological and atmospheric staining, 3,500 SF of sandstone patching and carving and 20,000 SF of re-pointing at failed brick mortar joints. The project was the largest sandstone patching restoration in the Northwest at the time of completion.
