Overview
Technical Waterproofing was contracted by the Irving Street Towers HOA to perform a full masonry façade restoration to this historic brick building. Originally constructed in 1910, the team at Technical Waterproofing worked closely with the project consultant, Structural Waterproofing Consultants, to execute the varied and extensive façade restoration scope.
