Overview

Named after a U.S. Senator, this 16 story Portland courthouse building with a combination of metal panel & Limestone cladding façade. Technical Waterproofing of Portland was contracted by GSA to remove and replace all the deteriorating stone panel joints which total over 120,000 Lineal feet, nearly 23 miles! As part of the project, our team of craftsmen also performed a full masonry façade cleaning of all the stone panels. This high security and high profile project was completed using multiple swing stage access, with full overhead protection at the sidewalk level consisting of modular scaffolding
