Technical Waterproofing was hired to perform the masonry restoration and remedial waterproofing at the 1000 Dexter Building. The scope of work included removal and replacement of the bottom 3 courses of CMU block at the base of the building to perform remedial waterproofing at the leaking deck to wall transition.
