Technical Waterproofing was hired to perform brick masonry façade repairs to an office tower in Seattle. The brick was in panelized form, and failures consisted of brick cracks, failed mortar joints, and corroded steel. This project scope consisted of removing broken and failed brick units, cleaning corroded steel reinforcement, coating reinforcement with a corrosion inhibiting primer, and tuckpointing failed mortar joints
