Warehouse EIFS Façade Restoration

Overview
Technical Waterproofing was contracted through the City of Portland to perform a full EIFS Façade Restoration of this large mixed-use warehouse building, including areas of complete EIFS replacement with a new rain screen system. This was followed by a full elastomeric coating system application and replacement of all building sealant and expansion joints.

- Full Façade Sealant & expansion Joint replacement
- Full Façade EIFS restoration and system replacement
- Elastomeric Coating System Application at all façade surfaces
